PERSONAL VISION, MISSION & GOALS

VISION

My personal vision is to live out God’s dreams for my life and I will benefit humanity with it.

God has called me to be a teacher and a coach to help others more successfully run the race of life - Hebrews 12:1-3

I want to encourage everyone that, no matter how old you are or what you've been through, God has a good plan for your life. He wants to fill your heart with a sense of destiny and purpose that will satisfy your soul. In Jeremiah 29:11 tells us that God knows the thoughts and plans He has for us; plans for welfare and peace and not for evil, to give us hope in our final outcome.

Your life’s vision defines who you want to be, what you want to be known for and the set of experiences and accomplishments you aim for. Your vision helps define the goals by giving you a framework to evaluate those goals.

MISSION

In order to realized my vision, I commit myself  to pursue a life that is pleasing to God, peaceful mind and a peaceful life.

Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans - Proverbs 16:3

COMMITTMENT

I commit myself to grow myself continuously. Working hard on my goals, accept no excuses, only results. I commit to be consistent in my daily tasks, to be passionate about what I do and commit to not being a Know-it-all.

GOALS IN LIFE

  • To be the person my children look to with pride when they say, “This is my dad.” To be the one my children come to for love, comfort, and understanding;
  • To have my deeds always match my words through the grace of God;
  • To be the friend known as caring and always willing to listen empathetically to their concerns. I will use my private victories unselfishly by trying to create value for others;
  • I want to have a career/life that includes constant learning and improvement for myself, but that also creates an atmosphere of pleasurable learning and improvement for others. I want to work with and around people, and it is important to me that they like me; but it is even more important to me that they feel that I have helped them in some way – not necessarily that I do a specific good deed, but more that some kindness or thoughtfulness or wisdom of mine has touched them. Through listening to and serving others, I will learn new ideas and gain different perspectives. I will strive to gain mastery over life’s challenges through increasing my circle of influence and emphasizing those areas of concern over which I have no control.

GOALS EXPLAIN

Setting goals gives you something to work towards in life and brings you a sense of purpose. When you set your goals, you are taking the first step toward achieving them. Writing down your goals is essential because it helps you switch from being in a passive state to being actively involved in your life.

It is important to me to live my life in a way that shows kindness, care, and concern for family and friends and even strangers. Earn respect for myself based on a recognition of my accomplishments and abilities, maintains a sense of appreciation of the beauty of nature, and a sense of humor.

TEAMWORK AND FAMILY RELATIONSHIPS

Our family is working as a team, everyone feels supported and able to contribute. It’s easier to work as a team when everyone understands where they stand, so it helps to have clear expectations, limits and boundaries.

Some of my encouragement to them:

  • Sharing household chores. Even Tyrone and Tyra like the feeling of belonging that comes from making a contribution – sometimes, at least!

  • Include Tyrone and Tyra in decisions about things like family activities, rules and holidays. Give everyone – including my children – a chance to have their say. Family meetings is a good way to do this.
  • Take an interest in each other’s lives.
  • Share family stories and memories

SOME OF MY GUIDING QUOTES

  • I should learn to enjoy every minute of my life. To be  happy now. I don't  wait for something outside of ourselves to make us happy in the future. I always think how really precious is the time we have to spend, whether it's at work or with our family. Every minute should be enjoyed and savored.

  • Stress is real, but we always have a choice--we can let it consume us or we learn to control it.
  • We are contented  with what you have, because God has said, "Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you." - Hebrews 13:54
  • A real man loves his wife, and places his family as the most important thing in life. Nothing has brought me more peace and content in life than simply being a good husband and a father.
  • Getting rid of  a person with high temper, instead talk in soft when he/she lower already their emotions
  • I store up food, I count my savings everyday for our future. (principle of the ants)
