Elected President of the League to serve as coordinating, planning, integrating, monitoring, evaluation and information center for all the Members of the League;to promote the exchange and sharing of noble ideas and valuable experiences among local planners and development coordinators;to establish a more effective coordination between National Government Agencies’ and Local Government Units’ development planners in the pursuit and attainment of desired national goals and objectives;and to emphasize the importance of the role of planning and development coordinators in optimizing national, regional and local planning activities in the achievement of national development;

Elected President to manage and led the 146 units and homeowners association. Exercise general overall supervision and preside other officers meetings and general assembly. Represent the association and take the responsibilities as mandated by its constitution and by-laws.
